Transportation and logistics companies were managing fleets, drivers, routes, finances, and hiring from separate disconnected systems, which made day-to-day operations complex and inefficient. FleetReact needed to unify all of it in one multi-tenant platform, with each company's data fully isolated.
We built a React + Node.js SaaS with live GPS fleet tracking on Google Maps, an AI-powered hiring pipeline using the Indeed API to source and rank candidates automatically, and Plaid-integrated payroll, invoicing, and expense management. Compliance document tracking with expiry alerts, preventive maintenance scheduling, three subscription tiers, and a Super Admin panel for multi-company oversight complete the platform.
