Design is where the most expensive product decisions get made, because a flow that is wrong in Figma costs an afternoon to fix and a flow that is wrong in production costs a rebuild. Our design work serves two situations: founders who need a product designed and validated before development starts, and teams whose existing dashboards draw daily complaints from the people who have to use them and want a redesign grounded in how the product is actually used.
The design problems we know best are the hard, workflow-heavy ones. FabManager required eight distinct user types — developers, QA engineers, clients, HR, and more — each needing a dashboard that surfaces their work without drowning them in everyone else's. ProductLens centres on a multi-step demo creation wizard where getting the flow wrong would kill the product. Tretech needed interfaces that work for two very different audiences: students uploading study material and teachers managing classes. Designing a marketing page is one skill; designing a screen someone uses eight hours a day is another, and it is the one we lean into.
Deliverables are Figma files built as systems — reusable components, not one-off screens — with handoff specs a developer can build from without guesswork. Because we are an engineering team first, every design gets a feasibility review before you approve it: no proposing interactions that triple the build cost without anyone noticing until sprint three. For some engagements we deliver design through trusted third-party design partners, with our engineers staying responsible for feasibility and handoff quality either way.
