Access to home services was fragmented: workflows were manual, transparency was limited, and there was no efficient way to track revenue across customers, providers, sales representatives, and charity partners. The client needed all five roles operating in one ecosystem, each with its own tools.
We built a React + Laravel marketplace with five fully tailored dashboards, a dedicated Node.js chat module over Socket.io, and Stripe payments with automated commission distribution. A ProBucks credit and referral rewards system drives engagement, subscription-based lead generation gives providers a predictable pipeline, and order management runs from booking to delivery.
