Fabtechsol was coordinating project delivery, team collaboration, and client engagement across eight very different kinds of users — from developers and QA engineers to clients and HR — without one system giving each of them the right view and access level. Complex software projects needed managing from inception through delivery in a single hub.
We built FabManager on Next.js 15 and React 19 with eight role-specific dashboards, sprint planning and task tracking, real-time messaging over Socket.io, a client portal with project visibility, QA bug and test-case management, and HR tools covering profiles, leave, salary, and contracts. Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging keep every role in the loop.
