Production-ready 3D steel fabrication configurator with real-time cost calculation and GLB/JSON exports.
A production-ready 3D steel fabrication configurator built with Babylon.js, enabling engineers and estimators to assemble standard columns and beams, add plates, cleats, stiffeners, drill holes, and dynamically adjust mesh dimensions in real time. It streamlines quoting by automatically calculating costs from material usage, while built-in measurement tools, grid lines, and one-click orthographic views improve accuracy and speed. Robust editing features — select, resize, undo/redo, and safe disposal — support iterative design without data loss. Deliverables are exportable to GLB for visualization and JSON for downstream integration in detailing, CAM, or ERP workflows.
