Care facility groups were collecting feedback from relatives, residents, staff, and visiting professionals across multiple locations with no central system, so items went untracked and nobody had a live picture of what was outstanding. Admins needed visibility across every site, while managers should only ever see their own.
We built a React + Material-UI platform with six structured feedback types, meeting request handling, and a real-time dashboard powered by Socket.IO. Role-based access separates admin and manager views with location-based data isolation, statuses flag pending and overdue items, and interactive analytics with one-click PDF reports keep every facility accountable.
