It provides a centralized solution for capturing, organizing, and analyzing feedback from multiple stakeholder groups across various locations. The system implements clear role-based access control — admins have full visibility across all locations, while managers handle only their assigned sites. Users can submit six different feedback types and request meetings, all tracked through a real-time dashboard.
