Companies with layered parent-subsidiary structures had no clear way to see ownership percentages, share structures, and stakeholder information across the whole group in one place. Enterprise IT also required Azure AD sign-in rather than yet another standalone login, and every change to the structure needed a traceable history.
We built a React 18 platform with interactive React Flow org charts supporting unlimited parent-child depth, detailed company profiles with ownership and share data, and dual authentication combining email/password with Azure AD SSO. Teams collaborate in real time over WebSockets, export reports to PDF, Excel, and PNG, and a complete audit trail sits behind every change.
